I originally became known to your dealership through David Hill from the Toyota store. His excellent service brought me to the Chevrolet store. Upon arriving to the dealership, Randy, greeted me and my family with a friendly hand shake and smile. We were immediately offered a cold drink and had no waiting time to be assist with the purchase of a my new vehicle. Randy turned us over to Bryan and told him to take good care of us and he did. Bryan was the best. He even let my son have a police car toy that was sitting on his desk that keep him entertained during the entire process. He personally showed us the vehicle, made sure it was cleaned and even grabbed a tile to wipe of some spots before we drove off. I was sincerely impressed with his eye for detail. Each phase of my purchase went smoothly and was what I would expect when purchasing a car. Since I hadn't purchased a car in a while, I had some questions about different items from service agreements to financing and all of my questions were answered. Even when I had other questions and needed to inquire with an additional family member, these awesome guys at every phase gave me the room at times to make a quick call to get additional advice so that I could move forward. They even offered us a hot delicious meal while waiting for finance. The longest part of the whole deal was finance of course, which I expected with all paperwork that you have to sign. It was a little prolonged because I had additional questions regarding products being offered and Saul patiently accommodated me and explained everything so that I can make the right decision to what would fit my needs. I have recommended your dealership and I will definitely be returning for my maintenance and service needs.
