We were displeased with the service man assigned to us from the minute we walked in. Jay Dekohary was his name. He failed to acknowledge us, walked away from the desk for a minute, then came back to the desk and sat there for for seven more minutes on the computer before finally acknowledging us and saying he’d be with us in a minute. He then went out to our car with us and asked what we brought it in for. He would keep interrupting us or cutting us off when we’d try to answer his questions. He was very quick and walked off before I could even answer everything and just told us it’d be about 45 minutes until our car was finished. I give them over 75 minutes, then went to check on the status of the vehicle. He wasn’t there, and no one else in there could help me as they all seemed confused. I just figured I’d give them about 30 more minutes and come back. I waited in the parts area due to the temperature. I came back after the car had been there over two hours, and Jay still couldn’t be found. Luckily another older gentleman helped us. They told us it would be around 15 minutes until our car was done. Luckily, it was. I was discouraged by the amount of time it took for the oil change and inspection on my car when it only took 45 minutes for my truck last month. I may still come back, as I hope this is a one time thing, but Jay will not be the customer service rep I use since he was unable to be found in the whole 2 1/2 hours we were there. His customer service was very poor grade.

Took my truck to get the front bumper sensors and was sitting there for a week, "waiting" for approval from a different dealership. Went to pick it up and the people working there told me once they had the approval they would call me and schedule me back again. It's been 3 weeks and never heard back from them.
I had a tire replaced under the warranty I purchased when I bought my truck. All went well & pretty easy for the most part. There was some scheduling issues (no one called me to do that) but once I reached back out to them, they got me in the next day.
