Jay keeps me in the loop with everything regarding my 21 suburban, and the price is fair with my maintenance service and repair
This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Darryl Smith and Mike Norris was able to help us even with being upside down on our trade in! And we love our 2019 Tahoe!! Thanks again guys.
Horrible experience. Have taken my vehicle twice to get serviced, was charged because the “issue” was not under warranty. I get my vehicle back and the SAME issue is going on again. Dropped off vehicle next day & again they tell me “nothings wrong with it, we’re ran your vehicle but nothings showing up, so we fixed it.” I pick up my vehicle and AGAIN its doing the SAME thing. Been trying to talk to the same advisor but of course he’s out, trying to speak to manager and he’s out too… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Great Customer service treated us very well. The financial Manager was awesome he stretched a lil more to help Juan Lora.
Costumer services representative is very important for any companies you must train your a little more maybe I got a rockieNot a very good experience at your dealership sorry
I scheduled a time and date to get vehicle looked at .They got my wife in then dropped her off at home . Vehicle was in shop diagnosed fixed under an extended recall from gm and done within 5 hours. Then they sent a porter to pick wife back up and bring her back to dealer . This is how business should be handled!! I hope everyone has this experience!!
Been buying cars from these guys for years We are dedicated to Chevrolet cars and trucks.
Went in for an oil change and was treated with respect and kindness. My Advisor Andres went the extra mile. I had a great experience and would recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway as even the management team John and James were personable and helpful.
Update: had some significant issues after leaving the lot. Not only did they forget to install the new brake pads and rotors (which they had to call me back to the lot that I stayed an hour away from), they then were sloppy with the install which led to a rotor and brake caliper grinding to almost nothing in less than 1000 miles. It took weeks to get a hold of them both for issues with the warranty they sold me and to get them to cover the damages their faulty install caused. I couldn't get a manager on the phone, nor could I get the salesman who helped me to answer his desk or cell phone. It took 3 months of constant calling from both myself and the dealership who repaired the vehicle to get them to finally honor their promise to cover the damages. There were many times in the entire process where I wished I had simply used just about any other dealership than this one. But hey they treat you great in the lobby...
