Your service representative Bernard Tobias came through for me again. I had a flat on my Corvette and took the tire for service since my vehicle was out of service. Mr. Tobias assisted me without hesitation and assisted me with verifying my tire protection contract I had purchased when I bought the vehicle. By the next afternoon, Mr. Tobias had obtained a new tire and personally assured that all of my tires were properly inflated. Very glad he is part of your Autonation team. He is always my Go To person because I know I am in good hands with him.
In the past, whenever I came to the dealership for Service I would usually wait inside the Service Area to be acknowledged. This could be anywhere from 5-10+ minutes. This time I was acknowledged right away. I appreciate the improved Customer Service. Thanks!
My experience was met with nothing but greatness. I used to take my car to AutoNation on Hwy 6 but they keep breaking it which makes me take it back there more than 5 times within few month. I decided to bring my car to AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway and the mechanic took care of car better than they did in Hwy 6. I don't mind driving long distance to AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway to fix my car.
After waiting 17 days for GM to settle up with their workers, the part that was supposed to fix my truck was sent to the dealer. The dealer put it on and I still have the same problem.. This was my 3rd time in for the same issue. After driving Chevys for over 30 years its time to look else were for a RELIABLE vehicle. You have really let me down Chevy!
I was on hold for over 15 minutes on a weekday right before closing because I wanted to confirm the closing hour. Nobody picked up In the appointment option nor service advisor. Then I Called another department and got someone that said she would tell someone in the service department to answer. Still nothing. I decided to drive in and talked to Mark when I got there. I let him know I had been on hold for a long time with no answer. He said his phone never rang so I must be calling the wrong number. I said no I’m sure it’s the Right one as he started pulling up my information. I decided to call and the phone rang and a few desk away a phone rang and a young man that happened to be standing there picks up. He said is that you calling? I said yes because I wanted to confirm I have the right number. He insisted his phone never rang and that I must have Gotten the wrong number. So I decided to place the call on speaker and dial again. I went through the options on speaker and the same phone rang. He said ma’am I’ve been here and I haven’t heard my phone ring. I said I know because the only phone ringing is that one over there. He said ma’am my phone did ring just now. So I said that’s why you’re not realizing your getting calls since you have your phone on silent. He said ma’am my phone is not on silent. I questioned him and said you just said your phone rang but the only one that rang out loud is that one over there. That means you have your phone silenced. I’m not deaf. He said I didn’t say you were. So I really can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism he demonstrated. I understand it’s 20-30 minutes before closing and the service dept. is a ghost town but since you are not busy at all I would expect to get the best customer service. Pretty Disappointed since I’ve been a customer since 2012 and I know Mark has been there since too.
