This is my second time to try to address an email from OnStar to have my ABS system examined. The second time was starting to be like the first visit. The technician did not have the expertise to diagnose the issue. While my OBD2 reader got a U0422-71 reading, the technician could not get this reading. After several days, it was determined to consult GM, it was determined my TPMS sensor was the cause of the report. I never had any issues with my ABS, but OnStar said I needed to have it examined. This ordeal is disappointing to me. OnStar, Autonation, and GM did not do a very good job in my opinion. My service writer Sarah has always tried her best to help with this process.

I had a good experience with Omar Salgado, he is compassionate about his job and cares about the clients experiences with the company and helps in whatever way he can to make things better. As for Adrian Gonzalez I did not have a good experience with him. He was rude over the phone with me and lied to me and told me he spoke to his supervisor about my concern with him and which later I found out by Omar Salgado an employee that Adrian did not tell his supervisor about the complaint I had towards his customer service with me.

The service was great as for the maintenance but the customer service was horrible. I was looking for a more personal experience. I tried talking to the guys asked questions but I didn’t get clarity on with the things that I needed to know, questions like how often do I get my truck serviced when do I bring it back to get serviced the guy (Omar)was so busy that he made me feel like I was annoying him. Hopefully I can speak with someone more customer friendly…..Nevertheless the maintenance was perfect

I have had my back up camera work on 3 times and is still working intermittently. After last service the auto stop is now working intermittently and truck horn beeps when you close the like the key is left in the truck. My service advisor did a great job keep me informed.

Found truck online. Already had all my data and numbers together. Knew our credit was great and probably could have been finished a lot faster. However, I enjoyed my time with Luis Matos and his helper that took me on the test drive. Clearly, they were both new to the biz so I let them go through the whole spill and "sell" it to me. Finance guy was a gentleman and a scholar as well. Thanks to him for tolerating our 4 year old running around. Tahoe coming soon.

I initially received a notification from Autonation about an oil change for $59.99 and when I picked up my truck it was $108.00. I would like in the future for the estimated cost to be shown before I leave and for someone to explain why the price that I set rhe appointment for was different. I do understand all my other oil changes were more but I am not sure why a price would be advertised but not explained why the price was not valid.

Good morning, I filled out a survey from you for the good customer service and for the speed of service but the truth is I'm not satisfied with the quality of the swing or alignment work I don't know but you hear a noise in the back of the truck as if it were dislod or I don't know what it is I had already had that same experience with my current truck and with the previous one it always stays either with vibration or with some buzz if it's not the technician who is bad maybe the equipment with which they do the work already needs to be updated thank you anyway I think I'll have to look for other options to do my truck maintenance

I was disappointed in the fact that they had my vehicle for a month to change the oil, rotate and balance tires, check history codes for a CEL and check out my inoperative front seat heaters. In their defense they had to work with a 3rd party warranty company that I purchased a warranty from when I purchased the vehicle. This warranty company had to send out someone to verify the dealerships findings. They approved the seat heater module but not the CEL history codes because they were not current and they could not duplicate them even though my CEL comes on intermittently. This was disappointing but not the dealerships fault, just the fact that 3rd part warranties are a pain to work withl

I am giving 5 stars because of the service I received from the service advisor Wes. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle since I was waiting for it to get done. I had my vehicle 's oil changed, tires rotated and a 4 wheel alignment. When it was finished, I left the dealership and on the way home I noticed my vehicle was veering off to the right, worse than when I brought it in. I called Wes and told him about the alignment. I brought it back out and he made sure that it was aligned properly. So I was completely satisfied with how Wes stepped up and got the job handled to my satisfaction. AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway has done all the service on my vehicle since I bought it there in 2012. Good job AutoNation.

The issue was a simple positive terminal nut that was lose. I was told by qualified service techs at other shops like Firestone and NTB that checking the battery is a courtesy and if they see this type of issue they just tighten it up. The service reps told me this was a "repair" which I had him confirm through text that this was the so called "repair" then he said it wasn't. Had he told me, hey we tightened the bolt do you want us to proceed I would've said no and not had to pay out of pocket what I did. I will not be returning to autonation anymore for my service.

Unethical Service Experience I arrived at 8:50 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment and ended up waiting over eight hours in the service department with minimal communication about the status of my vehicle. While Spencer was outstanding—he handled multiple tasks efficiently and showed professionalism—the same cannot be said for Omar and the rest of the team. Upon my arrival, several employees overlooked me, and I stood waiting for approximately 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged or assisted me. I have been a loyal customer at this location for over a decade, and I have never experienced service this poor or disorganized. I have invested significant time and money with AutoNation, and I am extremely disappointed to be treated in such an discourteous and unprofessional manner. I hope this matter is taken seriously so that future customers do not encounter the same experience.

Bought truck at the dealership 11/1/2025. Within a few weeks had issues with loose steering and fluid leaks. Truck ended up in your service department for 16 days to have these issues fixed. Customer service from that department was horrible. Service advisor Spencer is terrible at his job and barely communicated with me without me prying information from him. I will never use your dealership again!!
